Ta’an Kwäch’än Council, through its corporation Da Daghay Development, opened the first building of the River Bend housing development on Friday, October 27, 2017. The ribbon-cutting ceremony attracted well deserved media attention from CBC, CKRW, Yukon News and the Whitehorse Star.
