THE ELDERS COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 7 of the Constitution of the Ta’an Kwäch’än Council, the Elders Council, among other responsibilities, approves the laws and regulations passed in third reading by the Board. The Elders Council is composed of all Ta’an Kwäch’än citizens who are at least sixty years of age. The official way of the operations and business of the Elders Council is prescribed in the Elders Council Rules Of Procedure.
