Naloxone Treatment Information Session

The fentanyl crisis is impacting our community.
Naloxone is a safe, highly effective chemical compound that reverses the effects of opiates. It has been used as an emergency treatment for opiate overdose.
TKC is holding an important information session facilitated by the Yukon Government Opioid Overdose Coordinator. The session will show:
• How to identify the symptoms of overdose
• Where to access Naloxone treatment
• How to administer the Naloxone treatment
